FMG, USGA and Local Rules
Stroke Play - according to Stableford and the HCP. Points will be awarded to each player on the computer according to the score registered.

Handicaps
Each player must present a current USGA handicap card or the Mexican Golf Federation equivalent or a letter of certification from a club pro confirming her handicap.
Players who do not have an up to date handicap or one that is recognize by the FMG or USGA will have their handicap reassessed by tournament officials if they hit a round of under 67 (net score). This rule only applies on the first two days of play; handicaps will not be adjusted on the final day.
Winter rules – (committee will decide if this rule applies or not, depending on weather conditions)
The ball can be moved and cleaned on the fairway only. The distance for moving the ball is one card in relation to the original position.
Caddies
The use of caddies is prohibited.
Ties
Ties will be decide by a sudden death playoff, starting at hole 1 and continuing until the winning stroke is played.
Tee Time
Shotgun daily at 8 am Monday – Jun 08, Tuesday – June 09 and Wednesday – Jun 10, 2009
Reglas Locales
- Absolutely no cellular phones or beepers! Calling or receiving calls on the course during tournament play will result in disqualification.
- Out of bounds are defined by white stakes or the inside of the curb of all roadways bordering the Golf Course.
- Please maintain your pace of play.
- Proper Golf etiquette should be used at all times.
- Proper dress and conduct as well as filling divots, raking bunkers and repairing ball markers are an essential element of Golf etiquette.
- Carts should utilize cart paths when possible and maintain distance from tees and greens.
- Crocodiles should be considered an immovable obstruction, free drop no closer to the hole.
- No conceded putts.
- If there is a question on a rule, play two balls through the green and get a ruling later from the rules committee.
- Decisions made by the members of the Rules committee are final.
- USGA rules govern all play, unless superseded by these local rules.
MULIGANS
- The muligans may not be used on Par 3 holes. They may be used only on Par 4 or Par 5,only from Tee box and two per day.
- • Unused mulligans may not be used on the next day or given to another player. Only 2 mulligans may be used each day.
NUMBER OF CLUBS
- A maximum of 14 clubs may be carried and/or used each day.
DISQUALIFICATION
A player will be disqualified from the Tournament for:
- Not following with the terms and conditions of the present rules.
- Providing false and incorrect information, intentionally or unintentionally.
- Altering or influencing the measurement of the Oyeses, Hole in one or drive.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Rules committee.
- Disqualified players will not have the right for any refund or any won prized, it will be removed immediately.
- The organizing committee reserves the right of admission and of modifying the present notice before the beginning of the tournament.
